Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on September 10 and September 13, 2021 found that Gaunley Home Care had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on July 13, 2021.
